Responsibilities:
- Support daily production and operational activities to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Assist in monitoring production performance, efficiency, and output.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve operational issues.
- Collect, compile, and analyze production data and prepare reports.
- Assist in implementing process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Support production line setup, changeovers, and process validation activities.
- Prepare and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and engineering documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions related to production issues.
- Assist in conducting time studies, workflow analysis, and productivity improvement projects.
- Support training activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement programs.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Electrical & Electronic Engineering (E&E)
- Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (M&E)
- Industrial Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Materials Science
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Other related engineering disciplines
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or industrial training experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement concepts is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
