Responsibilities:

• Support daily production and operational activities to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Assist in monitoring production performance, efficiency, and output.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve operational issues.
• Collect, compile, and analyze production data and prepare reports.
• Assist in implementing process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Support production line setup, changeovers, and process validation activities.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and engineering documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions related to production issues.
• Assist in conducting time studies, workflow analysis, and productivity improvement projects.
• Support training activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement programs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in:
• Electrical & Electronic Engineering (E&E)
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (M&E)
• Industrial Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Materials Science
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Other related engineering disciplines

Experience

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or industrial training experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement concepts is an added advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply to support communication with stakeholders where required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
