岗位职责
a) Attend to customers for purchase/payment at all times.
b) Display of goods in the convenient store.
c) Cleaning of all the display shelves & goods.
d) Products price tagging.
e) Maintain good customer services at all times.
f) Stock take on cigarettes and others good.
g) Helping customers' to fuel their vehicles with petrol or diesel to the requested level.
h) Manage/collect cash and card transaction in forecourt at the pump (attendant tagging).
i) Ensures the cleanliness of store, both inside and out, is maintained and well lit. Clearing of trash as and when needed.
j) Accept cash and card payments for fuels and other goods.
k) Manage fuels and stock deliveries (dry & wet stock).
l) Welcome Customers, Offer and Upsell latest promotions to deliver excellent customer service in line with Shell’s standards.
m) To adhere Shell HSSE procedures and ensure personal safety are in place at all times.
n) To perform others job specifications which will be assigned from time to time.
o) To ensure top accuracy and prompt delivery of all assignment assigned at all time.
p) To be in tidy dress in uniform & PPE provided at all times when on duty.
