• Assist in monthly payroll processing including calculate overtime and allowance etc.
• Assist to monitor employee attendance and leave.
• Assist in foreign worker administration including foreign workers' permits, termination, cancellation of permits, FOMEMA, SPIKPA etc.
• Coordinate workers accommodation including tenancy agreements, house inspections, utilities monitoring, and landlord liaison.
• Prepare and maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
• Monitor stationery and office resource supplies.
• Handle general HR and administrative tasks related to the Company.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
