Actmax Hiring! Full Time Process Engineer - Line Improvement - MP in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl

Location: Balakong Industrial Area

Actmax is a fast growing mechanical manufacturing company. Established in June 2021, we have expanded to operate 6 plants by now.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution: Resolve production line disruptions, product nonconformities, and MRB (Material Review Board) matters.
• Process Optimization: Implement and sustain process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, and minimize equipment downtime.
• Engineering Analysis: Optimize cycle time, material yield, and tooling performance through systematic engineering analysis.
• Capability Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and process capability evaluations (Cp, Cpk).
• Floor Support: Provide real-time technical support, troubleshooting guidance, and engineering solutions to production teams.
• Documentation: Prepare, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process performance reports.
• Quality Collaboration: Partner with the QA/QC department to perform root-cause analysis on quality drifts and customer complaints.
• Plant Commissioning: Assist in equipment setup, parameter tuning, and process validation for newly established production lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or electronics process engineering.
• Proficiency in data analysis; practical experience with CAD, Minitab, or ERP systems (such as SAP) is highly advantageous.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
