Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Timberland. The Supervisor will oversee daily store or operational activities, ensuring that team members deliver excellent customer service and meet sales or performance targets. Responsibilities include organizing staff schedules, assigning duties, monitoring productivity, and supporting the team with training and coaching. The role involves maintaining visual and operational standards, managing stock and inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. The Supervisor will also handle basic reporting, communicate updates from management, and help resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory, team leader, or shift leader role within retail, hospitality, logistics, or a related operational environment.
  • Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance feedback, conflict resolution, and the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle escalations, solve problems quickly, and maintain high service standards.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with experience in scheduling, task prioritization, and meeting targets or KPIs.
  • Comfort with basic reporting, point-of-sale systems, and standard office or inventory management tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Timberland, including flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to coordinate across teams and levels.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational training or a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in consumer goods, sports, health and beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
