WE ARE HIRING – AREA STORE MANAGER (2 OUTLETS)

Locations: The Mines & Balakong Cheras C180

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and support the daily operations of two outlets.

Lead, supervise, and develop outlet teams.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.

Monitor sales performance and drive business growth.

Manage staff scheduling and manpower planning.

Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are followed.

Train and coach staff to improve productivity and performance.

Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in F&B, retail, or outlet management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Able to manage and support multiple outlets.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Own transportation is required.
