Job Descriptions:
- Talent Acquisition – Develop and suggest creative recruitment strategies to bring in top candidates.
- Candidate and Resume Screening – Review applications, evaluate potential hires, and conduct reference checks.
- Interview Coordination – Manage, schedule, and conduct face-to-face interviews for a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Payroll Assistance - Support basic payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee records management.
- Training and Development - Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
- Employee Relations - Maintain positive relationships within the company
Requirements:
- Min. GCE A Levels or Local Diploma qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with recruitment tools, job portals & candidate screening is a plus!
