Position: Operation Supervisor
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: 2, Jalan Bandar Senawang 1, Pusat Bandar Senawang, 70450 Senawang, Negeri Sembilan

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Operation Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and wholesale operations while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising operational activities, managing inventory systems, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring timely order processing and delivery. You will also play an important role in improving workflow efficiency, maintaining operational standards, and supporting the company’s overall business objectives.

This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Lead daily operations across warehouse and wholesale functions to ensure smooth workflow
2) Manage inventory systems by monitoring stock levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy
3) Supervise, guide, and motivate staff including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
4) Coordinate between sales, logistics, and administration departments to streamline operational processes
5) Oversee order processing to ensure accurate and timely customer deliveries
6) Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards
7) Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to minimize disruptions
8) Prepare and analyze operational reports related to productivity, costs, and efficiency
9) Support management in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives
10) Maintain high customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
11) Monitor operational performance and identify areas for continuous improvement
12) Ensure proper documentation and operational records are maintained accurately

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
2) Experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, or supervisory roles is an advantage
3) Strong leadership and team management skills
4) Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
