This full-time Homestay Operator role at PLY HOME MANAGEMENT' in Ipoh, Perak offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing hospitality and tourism company. As a Homestay Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our premier homestay accommodation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of all homestay units to the highest standards
• Coordinating with external service providers for laundry, repairs, and other support services
• Managing bookings, check-in and check-out processes, and guest communications
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant hospitality and tourism regulations
• Regularly inspect the condition of unit equipment and facilities, candidates with basic repairing skills are preferred.
• Refilling and purchasing necessary items such as toiletries, linens, and other guest essentials

What we're looking for

• At least 1 years of experience in a similar homestay or hospitality operations role
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve operational goals
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
