Job Description
Job Purpose
Lead and manage all engineering, maintenance, and technical operations across the plant.
Drive equipment reliability, process efficiency, and continuous improvement. Manage team development, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory compliance to support business goals.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee mechanical, electrical, automation, control, and instrumentation activities across the plant.
2. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
3. Plan, budget, and execute CAPEX projects, including engineering upgrades and Industry 4.0 adoption.
4. Monitor process costs and OEE; implement cost-effective improvements.
5. Manage inventory, manpower, and performance tracking systems for optimal efficiency.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues early and maintain operational standards.
7. Drive process improvements, equipment performance enhancements, and work practice optimization.
8. Liaise with regulatory bodies during audits and resolve compliance issues.
9. Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team to achieve operational targets.
10. Coordinate with other departments to align processes, solve issues, and achieve organizational goals.
