· Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field 

Experience

· Minimum 5 years experience in security operations 

· At least 2–3 years in supervisory/managerial role 

· Experience in hotel, property, or hospitality security preferred

Skills & Competencies

· Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and investigation 

· Experience managing CCTV systems and access control 

· Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management 

· Leadership and conflict management skills

· Ability to coordinate with police, fire department, and authorities
