Combi-Pack Hiring! Full Time Maintenance Engineer (Injection Moulding) in Negeri Sembilan - Ricebowl

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.

• Responding to breakdowns and monitoring the time taken on work completion.

• Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.

• Obtaining specialist components, fixtures, or fittings.

• Monitoring and Controlling Maintenance Cost, Spares Cost, AMC Cost and Energy cost.

• Spares Part Management through VED analysis.

• Execution and assist of New Project activities.

• Coordination with internal departments.

• Conduct on-job training sessions for skill enhancement and multi-tasking for team members and downline.

• Monitor and track the production machine’s performance.

• Develop and implement current or new work instructions / procedures.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

• Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance equipment and methods to enhance the  team and facility.

• Knowledge of the International Factory and Machinery Act is an added advantage.

• Other duties as and when required by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 7 years experience at supervisory level in plastic manufacturing environment.

• International hands-on experience in Plastic Injection moulding machine, stamping machines, multi-slide bending machines, auxiliary equipment, utilities and building maintenance.

• Good interpersonal communication and leadership style that are suitable for coaching, training, and motivating subordinate staff.

• Ability to adapt to a multicultural working environment, be open-minded and adjust priorities in response to an unanticipated event.

• Experience in ISO 22000, EMS & OHSAS Management System will be an added advantage
