Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media calendar, ensuring the consistent deployment of strategic content across platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Multimedia Production: Film, phototaking, edit, and produce premium visual assets, including short-form video content, high-resolution imagery, and digital graphics.

Copywriting: Draft compelling, grammatically impeccable, and brand-aligned copy for all social media captions, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.

Video Production and Editing: Serve as the lead video maker by filming, directing, and editing premium short form and long form video content tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.

Live Broadcast Assistance: Provide critical technical and operational support to the Live Host during live broadcasts. This includes managing camera equipment, monitoring audio quality, coordinating visual assets, and moderating live chat feeds to ensure a seamless viewer experience. 

Professional Experience: A minimum of 1-year experience in social media management, digital marketing, or multimedia content creation.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in industry-standard editing and design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, CapCut, or advanced mobile editing applications.

Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the operational mechanics, audience demographics, and algorithms of major social media platforms.

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related discipline is preferred.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple content pipelines and adhere to strict publication deadlines.
