About the role
THE BUTCHERIE SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Clerk to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Assisting with the coordination of office activities and logistics
Providing customer service and handling inquiries
Maintaining and updating records, databases, and other relevant systems
Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not essential
