We are currently seeking a qualified Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to join our team at Dwisolar Sdn Bhd. This role is critical in ensuring that our fire system installations are carried out under the highest safety standards.

Work Location: Bintulu, Sarawak

The Role
As the Site Safety Supervisor, you will lead the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) functions at our project sites. You will be responsible for identifying hazards specific to fire system works and ensuring all site personnel adhere to both statutory and company safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Safety Oversight: Conduct daily site inspections and safety walk-throughs to ensure all fire system installation activities comply with current safety standards.
2. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain all required safety documentation and reports.
3. Toolbox Briefings: Conduct daily toolbox meetings to brief site technicians and sub-contractors on specific site risks and safety procedures.
4. Incident Management: Lead accident investigations and near-miss reporting, ensuring corrective actions are implemented immediately.
5. Site Compliance: Ensure all workers possess valid CIDB and relevant safety passes required for Sarawak-based industrial sites.
6. Equipment Inspection: Oversee the inspection of personal protective equipment (PPE), scaffolding, and heavy machinery used during fire system setups.

Requirements
1. Certification: Must possess a valid Yellow Book (Registered Site Safety Supervisor).
2. Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience or more as a Site Safety Supervisor, preferably in the fire protection, construction, or oil & gas industry.
3. Location Readiness: Must be willing to be based in Bintulu, Sarawak for the duration of the project.
4. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Malaysian safety regulations and industrial standards. Fire Protection Systems Expertise: In-depth understanding of both active and passive fire protection systems, including water-based systems
5. Experience in high-risk environments (e.g., working at heights, confined spaces).
6. Attributes: Firm and assertive in enforcing safety protocols.
7. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
8. High level of leadership and problem-solving ability.

Salary

RM 3,000 - RM 4,999
