Job Description:

• Coordinating between the landlord shop lot/mall leasing team and our BK department on any matters related to leasing/projects.

• Consolidate the quotation by mall leasing/fit out panel contractor before commencement of the construction period (hoarding board and sprinkler).

• Follow up on the pending issue between the landlord party and appointed contractors before commencement of projects.

• Coordinating for work permit application in mall before commencement of projects.

• Follow up on the complaints listed by operations team which involves landlord action after business commencement.

• Able to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint effectively in daily work tasks.

• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a related field is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to prepare reports, presentations, and handle basic data analysis.
• Fresh graduates with good attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
