Job Responsibilities
To provide general business development, accounting and administrative support to the departments as required including maintenance of filings systems and database records. Perform daily accounting data, ledger and payment.
Prepare sales invoice, delivery order, purchases order and purchase invoice.
Printing and issuance of payment voucher.
Perform bank reconciliation.
Keeping updated records of debtor and creditor payment.
In charge of utilities payment.
Manage and prepare staff duty roster.
Manage inventory for office stationeries and pantry.
Compile staff claims for monthly submission.
Focal point for corporate collaterals.
Collaborate with all related departments for execution of tasks and orders.
Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Min Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or equivalent.
Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.
Positive learning attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated good team work and a great team player.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with people of all levels.
