Responsibilities
Education
· Minimum SPM / Secondary School Certificate
· Certificate in Food & Beverage or Hospitality is an advantage
. Good in Mathematics
Experience
· Minimum 2–3 years experience in stewarding or kitchen operations
· Experience supervising stewards preferred
Skills & Competencies
· Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards
· Familiar with dishwashing equipment and chemical usage
· Ability to supervise steward team and cleaning schedule
· Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
· Good teamwork and organization skills
