Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum five (5) years of experience in site security management (preferably in construction/infrastructure projects)
Strong capability in managing site security operations and supervising security personnel
Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Word & Excel)
Good report writing skills (incident reports, daily logs, investigation reports)
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)
Able to coordinate with the HSSE team and participate in the Safety & Health Committee
JOB SCOPES:
Responsible for overseeing and managing the Security Department at the construction site.
Supervise and coordinate site security personnel to ensure effective security operations.
Conduct routine monitoring and ensure compliance with site security procedures and regulations.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly security reports.
Attend meetings, briefings, and site discussions when required.
Handle incidents, complaints, and security-related matters at the site.
Report directly to the Security Manager / Chief Operating Officer (COO).
