Muhafiz Security Hiring! Full Time SECURITY OFFICER in Sarawak - Ricebowl

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in site security management (preferably in construction/infrastructure projects)

• Strong capability in managing site security operations and supervising security personnel

• Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Word & Excel)

• Good report writing skills (incident reports, daily logs, investigation reports)

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written)

• Able to coordinate with the HSSE team and participate in the Safety & Health Committee

JOB SCOPES:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the Security Department at the construction site.

• Supervise and coordinate site security personnel to ensure effective security operations.

• Conduct routine monitoring and ensure compliance with site security procedures and regulations.

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly security reports.

• Attend meetings, briefings, and site discussions when required.

• Handle incidents, complaints, and security-related matters at the site.

• Report directly to the Security Manager / Chief Operating Officer (COO).
