Plan, schedule, and monitor daily injection molding production activities to meet delivery and quality targets.

Supervise production operators and technicians to ensure efficient machine utilization and minimal downtime.

Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.

Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues promptly.

Implement process improvements and support new product trials or mold testing activities.

Monitor production reports, yield performance, and waste reduction initiatives.

Enforce 5S, safety, and good manufacturing practices within the production area.

Train and guide production staff to enhance technical knowledge and performance.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Polymer Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in injection molding or plastic manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of molding process parameters, machine operation, and troubleshooting.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
