Job Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring online and offline marketing activities, including brand promotions and local events.
• Manage daily social media content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including content posting, engagement reply and performance tracking.
• Conduct local market and competitor research, collect industry information and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Prepare marketing materials, documentation, data entry and general marketing administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors and local business partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support basic graphic design works using Canva, email marketing and customer follow-up tasks.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English (written & spoken) for official work communication.
• Basic Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) efficiently.
• Familiar with social media trends and basic digital marketing operations.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently and follow up on tasks timely.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
