Customer Service

• Manage the overall customer order process from order receipt until delivery completion.
• Key in and monitor sales orders in Chypre systems.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedule, stock availability, and any related issues.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure all order-related documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and delivery instructions are complete and accurate.
• Handle customer complaints and provide immediate solutions.
• Monitor order backlog, pending deliveries, and urgent orders.
• Prepare daily / weekly reports related to order processing and customer service performance.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide professional customer service.

Production Planner

• Plan and schedule production activities based on customer orders and forecasts.
• Ensure production planning meets delivery targets and production capacity requirements.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and customer service departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor raw material availability to avoid production delays.
• Control and monitor inventory levels and production output.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production planning reports.
• Analyze production capacity, manpower, and machine utilization.
• Follow up on production progress and take immediate action on delays or operational issues.
• Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance achieves company targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve production planning efficiency.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
