Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
*Take full responsibility for overall supermarket operations and performance
*Make management decisions on staffing, scheduling, deployment and disciplinary actions
*Plan and control store budget, operating costs and expense management
*Approve procurement, supplier selection and negotiation within authorised limits
*Prepare and review management reports on sales, inventory, manpower, and profitability
*Make operational decisions during emergencies, staff shortages or system failures
*Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements
*Report directly to directors and provide recommendations for business improvement
Requirements:
*Min 3-5 years of experience in supermarket, retail or FMCG operations
*Experience in store operation, staff management, and inventory control
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Problem solving and decision-making ability
*Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
*Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
*Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,422.96 - RM10,487.61 per month
Work Location: In person
