Responsibilities
Job Responsibility
- Perform water sampling and testing to ensure water quality compliance.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
- Perform CIP (Clean-In-Place), sanitization, flushing, and chemical cleaning activities.
- Respond to system alarms, breakdowns, and abnormal operating conditions.
- Prepare daily operational reports, log sheets, and maintenance records.
- Ensure GMP, safety, and environmental procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for operational improvement.
- Operate and monitor water treatment systems such as RO (Reverse Osmosis), UF (Ultrafiltration), Softener system, UV system & Filtration system
- Conduct inspection of pumps, valves, pressure gauge, flow meters, tanks & piping systems.
- Record and monitor process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, TDS, Ph & temperature
Job Requirement
- At least Certificate/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Water Treatment Technology /Related technical field
- Preferable 1–3 years of experience Water treatment plant, Industrial utilities, Wastewater treatment & Food manufacturing environment
- Good teamwork, problem-solving skills, good communication & Able to work shift and overtime if required
- Knowledge of water treatment processes, Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, understanding of pumps, motors, valves, and instrumentation, Ability to read technical drawings & Familiar with GMP and safety practices
