- Highly skilled in welding techniques, including TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), MIG (Metal Inert Gas)
- To measure and construct components from raw materials through cutting, shaping, and grinding.
- To assemble fabricated components into a larger machine or system.
- Able to read blueprints and drawings to plan layouts and procedures.
- To perform regular maintenance and repair work to determine the root of problems.
- To monitor the fabrication and assembly process.
- To welding components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions.
- To replace damaged or defective components.
- To determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
- Able to set up components for welding according to specifications.
- Able to operate hand/power tools to prepare the parts that must be welded.
- To align components using calipers, rulers, and clamp pieces.
- To repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
- To perform testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.
- To maintain the quality of equipment for safety.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirement
- Requires Diploma/SKM/Certificate in Welding/Mechanical/ Engineering and related field.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in engineering/welding field.
- experiences in in TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas)
