CRAZZ Group Hiring! Full Time Supervisor - Production in Johor, Earn up to MYR 9,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist engineers to supervise the overall production process to fulfill production schedule and quality requirement.

* Supervise workers by delegating tasks among workers, and guide workers to follow SOP in daily tasks.

* Production’s checking for quality control.

* Production wastage control.

* Ensure proper operating of equipment and the availability of adequate construction materials, equipment, and tools at production floor.

* Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all facilities and machinery are in good condition.

* Compile & submit daily reports and time sheets.

* Conduct toolbox briefing daily basis.

* Instill discipline among workers by monitoring attendance, working attitude etc.

* Provide job training to team.

* Ensure a safe & clean working environment by implementing housekeeping.

* Any other job function assigned, and new responsibilities as may be added as and when necessary, from time to time.

Job Requirements

* Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent.

* Minimum two (2) years related experience in Precast Concrete manufacturing.

* Knowledge in concrete repair & safety regulations is an added advantage.

* Candidates with site experience will also be considered.

* Independent, good leadership and problem-solving skills and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
