Responsibilities
Payroll, Recruitment, Training and General Administration
1. Processing end month payroll .
2. Responsible for monthly payroll and submission of government statutory.
3. Coordinate with account department for the provision of cash funds or staff loan when required.
4. Responsible of recruitment activities.
5. Process for HRDF claim.
6. Handle Yearly performance appraisal
7. Responsible of employee relation matters & preparation of HR letters.
8. Direct reporting to Director and perform any ad-hock task assigned by Director.
Foreign Worker Matter
1. Lead and handle company all foreign workers permit renewal and COM.
2. To coordinate with agent for foreign worker recruitment.
3. To ensure proper labor relation and conditions of employment are maintained.
4. Handle staff and foreign workers disciplinary and complaints matter.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
