Job Description

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Inventory Control: Track stock movements, maintain accurate balances, and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Documentation: Prepare and process Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Goods Receiving Notes (GRN).
  • System Management: Accurately key data into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) databases.
  • Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, sales, production) and external freight vendors.
  • Reporting: Generate inventory discrepancy logs and stock reports.

Standard Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SPM; Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is highly preferred.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft Excel) and hands-on experience with WMS or ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and good verbal/written communication.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in storekeeping, inventory management, or clerical roles.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
