PROTÉGÉ IT – Job Scope

• Assist in providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and IT equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT-related problems for users
• Monitor and maintain network, system, and server performance
• Assist in software testing, system updates, and IT project implementation
• Maintain IT records, documentation, and inventory lists
• Support data backup, cybersecurity, and system security activities
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments on IT matters
• Ensure all IT equipment and systems are functioning properly
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior or IT Department Head

Pay: RM1,999.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
