Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
1.Create and process sales quotations in the system and support the sales team in customer coordination.
3.Enter, update, and maintain sales orders, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
3.Create and follow up on purchase orders, maintaining electronic communication with suppliers.
4.Handle service/product provisioning and configuration in a fully paperless workflow.
5.Issue invoices in the system, perform billing verification, and record receipts and payments, ensuring accuracy of financial transactions.
6.Issuing credit notes where applicable and ensuring proper system records.
7.Maintain and track electronic contracts, sales orders, purchase orders, AR/AP records, and related documentation.
8.Generate and submit reports using ERP / financial systems to support finance and management review.
9.Assist the team in process optimization, driving efficiency and end-to-end paperless operations.
Job Requirements:
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
