The Relationship Manager / Revenue Lead will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of partner properties while building strong relationships with patrons and stakeholders. The role focuses on revenue growth, room availability optimization, churn reduction, winback initiatives, and onboarding new properties onto the platform.
The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management capabilities, commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to execute business goals effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with high-volume patrons to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and onboard new properties onto the platform as a key business growth metric.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned properties and ensure healthy performance across availability, revenue, and patron engagement.
- Measure, track, and analyze key account metrics including room availability, property performance, revenue trends, churn, and winback opportunities.
- Ensure room availability across the assigned portfolio and proactively resolve issues leading to sold-out status or inactive inventory.
- Assess reasons for churn and engage with patrons to educate them on OYO’s solutions, products, and value proposition.
- Drive winback initiatives for properties that have gone sold-out, inactive, or churned from the platform.
- Grow company revenue by encouraging patrons to adopt relevant value-added services that improve their business performance.
- Act as a support function for patrons by understanding their needs, resolving operational concerns, and suggesting practical business solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts while ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
- Manage multiple patrons simultaneously and ensure timely fulfillment of business goals and operational requirements.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, activation, issue resolution, and revenue growth for assigned properties.
- Think proactively, adapt quickly to challenges, and recover effectively from setbacks in a fast-moving business environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
- Strong ability to acquire and onboard new business partners or properties.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret account performance metrics.
- Revenue-focused mindset with the ability to identify business growth opportunities.
- Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities and execution discipline.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in maintaining strong relationships with property owners, stakeholders, or business partners.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, OTA, real estate, or platform-based business environments will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
The ideal candidate is someone who can balance relationship management with revenue ownership. They should be comfortable working closely with property owners, identifying business gaps, solving operational issues, and consistently bringing new properties onto the platform to support company growth.
