Requirements
- Applicants should hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a related area is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential.
- Candidates should be proactive, autonomous, and possess a positive demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Generate daily cash flow reports for senior executives.
- Review, categorize, and enter purchase invoices into the system.
- Record and distribute sales invoices appropriately.
- Verify and reconcile statements from suppliers.
- Manage and update sales and purchase ledgers.
- Process inter-company transactions and ensure reconciliation of inter-company accounts.
- Organize and maintain accurate filing for the purchase ledger and accounting records to comply with internal and legal standards.
- Assist in preparing basic audit schedules and compiling audit documentation for group companies.
- Support both internal and external reporting processes.
- Communicate effectively with Team Leaders, Clients, and internal staff.
- Administer client bank accounts and perform daily reconciliations, including the entry of bank transactions and preparation of payment runs.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handle all purchase ledger invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers by their due dates.
- Process sales ledger transactions, including invoicing and ensuring timely collection of payments by due dates.
- Assist in compiling the monthly management information package.
- Ensure the accurate entry of financial data into the system.
- Support the preparation of management accounts and statutory submissions for subsidiary entities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
