Responsibilities
eCom Virtual Assistant for US Online Retailer
Remote in Philippines | Full-time | $*************/month
A US online retailer that has been operating for 7+ years and is expanding its overseas team. You are joining a small, tight-knit crew where the founder is hands-on. If you love data and numbers, THIS is the role for you.
MUST-HAVES
• 1Y+ in a remote Virtual Assistant role
• Strong Google Sheets fluency: VLOOKUP, pivot tables
• Track record of 12+ month tenures in remote roles (no hopping)
• Demonstrated history of handling high-volume operations (orders, tickets, or transactions at scale)
• Exceptional written and verbal English (Not A1/A2)
• Professional workstation with webcam, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (25 Mbps+)
NICE-TO-HAVES
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other eCommerce platforms
• Past work with high-SKU inventory or warehouse coordination
• History of building SOPs & internal processes
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up repetitive work
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate end to end warehouse inventory using Google Sheets for thousands of units
• Track purchases, maintain records, and manage tracking spreadsheets
• Reconcile orders and inventory across warehouse systems to catch discrepancies
EXPECTATIONS
• Start Date: ASAP
• Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday
• Overlap with 8AM–4PM EST for collaboration
COMPENSATION
• $*************/month USD, paid via Wise
• Path to expand scope and compensation as you grow with the team
