Responsibilities:
Handling the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and assisting in candidate communication
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers and assist in interview processes
Support onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires
Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the HR system
Assist in preparing recruitment-related documents, reports, and HR correspondence
Help manage internship, part-time, and full-time hiring pipelines
Coordinate career fairs, campus recruitment activities, and engagement events
Work closely with the HR team to ensure recruitment processes are efficient and aligned with company standards
Requirement:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment
Passionate about recruitment, people development, and employer branding
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and professional attitude
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Additional Advantage:
Familiarity with recruitment platforms & social media hiring
Experience in F&B
Able to work in the Tea Garden HQ Office, Taman Pelangi Indah Ulu Tiram, Johor Bahru
