1) Security & Safety Supervisor

Oversees the day-to-day security operations of an organization, managing security personnel, ensuring compliance with protocols, and responding to incidents, while also developing and improving security measures.

Job Description:

• Supervising and coordinating security personnel, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and providing training.

• Monitoring performance, conducting daily briefings, and providing feedback.

• Coaching, recognizing, and disciplining staff within approved parameters.

• Security Operations:

• Ensuring the safety and security of people and property.

• Monitoring CCTV and other security systems.

• Responding to incidents and emergencies.

• Conducting regular patrols to identify potential breaches.

• Developing and implementing security plans and procedures.

• Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and security regulations.

• Preparing reports and updates for management.

• Acting as a liaison between customers, operations managers, and security officers.

• May be responsible for managing access control systems and other security technologies.

• May be involved in investigations and reporting on security incidents.
