Responsibilities

About the role

This is a full-time HR Executive position based in Ipoh, Perak, reporting to the HR Manager. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the organisation and ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Prepare monthly Foreign Worker (FW) reports to support management monitoring and decision-making.

  • Manage and oversee FW administrative matters, including Check Out Memo applications, first-year sticker applications, abscondment and related documentation.

  • Coordinate and process FW-related payments, including recruitment agent fees, transportation arrangements, and other associated costs.

  • Facilitate and manage FW clearance procedures at KLIA to ensure smooth arrival processes.

  • Compile, analyze, and report FW data and analytics to support operational planning and workforce management.

  • Liaise with Immigration Offices in Ipoh and Putrajaya on FW matters.

  • Support the FW recruitment process, including participation in source country interviews when required.

  • Coordinate the collection, distribution, and return of passports between Head Office and Operating Centres (OCs).

  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with FW recruitment agents.

  • Ensure strict compliance with the company’s “No Recruitment Fee” policy.

  • Ensure all FW recruitment documents and quota-cycle records are properly maintained, updated, and monitored.

  • Assist FW audits in OCs to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by superiors.


What we're looking for:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics/ Sciences/ Management or any relevant discipline from recognized universities with minimum CGPA 3.0.

  • Working experience of 1 – 2 years in Human Resource is added advantage.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
