Business Development Executive(Recruitment & Staffing)
Permanent – Full time
Location: Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, 360/headhunting in Recruitment &/ Staffing.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field from a university of good repute.
- Candidate has Business Development/Sales experience targeting any industry or the following sectors: BFSI, Telecom, System Integrators, Oil & Gas, Retail
- Proven track record in driving new client acquisition, including generating fresh leads and converting them into clients
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Skilled in identifying and converting prospective clients into active accounts. Experience in onboarding clients or generating qualified requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive attitude
- Has engaged with decision-makers (hiring managers, procurement, etc.)
- Target-driven, energetic and flexible approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Demand Generation: Identify and onboard new clients while generating business opportunities across sectors.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market assessments to evaluate growth potential, creating and implementing business plans for market entry and expansion.
- Inside Sales Leadership: Lead the inside sales team by managing recruitment, training, task delegation, performance evaluations, and feedback delivery.
- Revenue Growth: Drive business growth and increase market share through innovative and effective sales strategies.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strategic account plans, ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships with top-tier clients.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
