Job description

Examas Jaya is a foodservice equipment supplier based in Kajang, Selangor with a service network all around Malaysia. We are looking for a team member who would like to expand their horizons in the F&B and HORECA industries, working in multi-cultural working environment, with renowned international brands.

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Technician to join our growing team! If you have experience in installing, maintaining, or repairing commercial kitchen equipment — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of foodservice/kitchen equipment
• Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance
• Accurately diagnose faults and provide effective solutions
• Complete service reports and coordinate with the Service Team
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (training provided for junior techs)
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, basic wiring, and refrigeration systems is a plus
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia or English (spoken and written)
• Possess own transport and valid driving license
• Able to travel for site service and work flexible hours if required
• Able to work independently, self-motive and proactive
• Positive attitude, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
• A life-long learner who is energetic with positive can-do attitude
