Job Responsibilities :
- Planning & Strategy
- Assist in formulating company and departmental annual and monthly work plans.
- Guide subordinates in preparing their personal monthly plans.
- Financial & Budget Management
- Develop and implement financial, accounting, and budget management systems and procedures.
- Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets; review department financial activities.
- Oversee capital investment, financing, and financial risk control processes.
- Team Leadership
- Assign, guide, and supervise subordinates’ work.
- Select, train, develop, and motivate team members.
- Organize internal training sessions.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct monthly financial analysis and prepare reports with improvement suggestions.
- Provide financial data for business decision-making and external reporting.
- Supervise inventory and asset accounting.
- Accounting & Audit
- Review accounting statements and procedures; coordinate with external auditors.
- Supervise accounts receivable/payable and ensure effective collection/payment processes.
- Tax & Compliance
- Assist with tax planning, review tax returns, and supervise tax-related activities.
- Financing & Cash Flow
- Analyze credit financing options, manage relationships with financial institutions, and support financing decisions.
- Manage cash flow, loans, insurance, factoring, and financial leasing.
- Cost Management
- Monitor cost accounting, set guidance prices, review cost statements, and recommend improvements.
- Risk & Other Tasks
- Monitor overall company operations and financial status; provide risk warnings and improvement suggestions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement :
· Bachelor degree or above, accounting, financial management related major is preferred
· At least 5 years of financial related work experience
· Understand financial policies and regulations; be familiar with accounting system, financial management and other related knowledge.
· Understand the basic knowledge of financing and common financing products in the market; be proficient in using financial software.
· Organizational, communication, logical thinking, and auditing skills.
· Proficiency in Mandarin
