1. Customer & Communication Management
- Act as the primary contact window for customer inquiries and facilitate communication between customers and internal teams.
- Manage the RFQ & Quotation process by coordinating with internal departments and following up until submission.
- Retrieve and distribute weekly customer orders through the WebEDI portal.
2. Logistics & Shipment Coordination
- Track shipment status and provide customers with delivery schedules for weekly, purchase, and urgent orders.
- Book sea and air shipments via the Xonar BNS customer portal.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including Invoices, Packing Lists, and ASN.
3. Financial & Operational Reporting
- Prepare regular reports, including weekly Forecasts, SDP reports, and monthly sales reports.
- Manage payment follow-ups for unidentified or overdue payments.
4. New Product Introduction (NPI) & Quality
- Coordinate with customers and engineering teams during NPI stages, tracking sample submissions and status.
- Follow up on PPAP (sample approval) and PCN (Process Change Notification) status.
- Review customer scorecards and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Industrial), Polymer/Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a Technical, Research & Development, or Quality role within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) or Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Software Skills: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis.
- Language Skills:
- Good command of Mandarin, Thailand, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to speak Thai is required to facilitate communication with regional clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Mandarin remains an added advantage.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
