Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing
  • Prepare and update costing and budget tracking for purchases
  • Request quotations (RFQ), compare prices, and prepare supplier analysis reports
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and quality matters
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on deliveries
  • Maintain proper records of suppliers, pricing, and procurement documents
  • Support cost control initiatives and ensure purchases are within approved budgets
  • Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of costing and budgeting is an advantage
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

Added Advantage:

  • Experience in supplier evaluation or procurement system
  • Internship exposure in procurement or purchasing
