Description :

1. To manage safe and smooth operation of cogen plant and boilers.

2. To ensure proper starting and stopping of boiler.

3. To perform daily dosing of chemicals, record chemicals test results - carried out by Lab technician and control softeners.

4. To perform daily blow down - surface and bottom of boiler water.

5. To rectify any leakage - steam, water or fuel oil.

6. To clean of burners and fuel oil filters.

7. To rectify any simple fault.

8. To assist other fitters/ technician in major works. (e.g - annual inspection and cleaning of boiler(s).

9. To report any abnormalities of malfunction of the boiler and steam system.

Requirements :

1. Minimum SPM with Grade 1 Boilerman Competency.

2. More than 3 years relevant experience in similar industry.

3. Possess Boilerman Grade 1 Certificate.

4. Willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
