Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Handle daily purchasing activities and procurement processes
  • Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for pricing and delivery terms
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchasing records
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments
  • Evaluate supplier performance and maintain good supplier relationships
  • Ensure purchases comply with company policies and budget requirements
  • Prepare purchasing reports and documentation

Academic Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Required Skills

  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Time management and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management

Experience Required

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or related field is an advantage
  • Experience in supplier management and price negotiation is preferred

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
