Requirements
- SPM/Diploma in Business/Admin or related field
- 1-2 years’s experience in sales admin
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Knowledge in SQL system will be advantage
- Must be able to work during Pet Fair event
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to work at Taman Industri Selesa Jaya, Selangor (near the Balakong area).
Responsibilities
- Process Sales Order , Delivery Order , Invoice , Debit Note and Credit Note
- Performs administration duties
- Can work independently, multitasking skill
- Coordinate with sales , warehouse and logistics team for smooth delivery
- Support sales team & follow up with customers
- Handling incoming email, phone calls and customer walk in visit
- Undertakes any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
