Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience handling full set of accounts.
- Proficiency in Million accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, E-Invoice, SST regulations, and statutory compliance in Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external parties.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage E-Invoice processes, including preparation, submission, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle Sales and Service Tax (SST) submissions, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business operations.
- Ensure timely submission of tax filings, statutory reports, and other compliance matters.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.
- Assist in administrative and finance-related operational tasks when required.
