ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Gallant Industries is looking for motivated and hands-on Management Trainees to join our Operations & Production team.

This program is designed to develop future manufacturing and operations leaders through structured cross-functional training within our factory operations.

Management Trainees will gain practical exposure across multiple departments, including:

- Production Planning

- Cutting Operations

- Printing Operations

- Sewing Production

- Warehouse & Inventory Management

- Quality Control

- Industrial Engineering & Productivity Improvement

Trainees will work closely with production supervisors, executives, and management to understand end-to-end manufacturing operations and develop strong operational leadership skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Participate in rotational training across production and operational departments

·        Learn daily factory operations, workflow, and production processes

·        Assist in monitoring production output, efficiency, and delivery schedules

·        Support production planning and manpower coordination

·        Coordinate with cutting, printing, sewing, warehouse, and QC teams

·        Assist in solving operational and production issues

·        Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and process efficiency

·        Prepare production and operational reports

·        Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements

·        Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and foreign workers on production matters

REQUIREMENTS

·        Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations

Management, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related fields

·        Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

·        Strong interest in manufacturing operations and production management

·        Hands-on, disciplined, and willing to learn

·        Good communication and problem-solving skills

·        Able to work in a fast-paced factory environment

·        Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
