Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and physically fit individual to join our team as a Runner cum Office Boy. This role involves daily operational support, office maintenance, dispatch duties, and general assistance to ensure smooth company operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Banking, Purchasing & Documentation

  • Deposit daily sales collections to the bank.
  • Deliver company documents to government offices, authorities, lawyers, and external parties.
  • Purchase clinic, office, pantry, CSR, and staff-related items.
  • Monitor and maintain mini café supplies.
  • Coordinate oxygen tank refills, zipper bag orders, and beverage powder restocking.

2. Office Operations & Maintenance

  • Ensure office cleanliness, waste collection, and general upkeep.
  • Assist with vacuuming office areas and maintaining a clean working environment.
  • Perform minor maintenance and repair works when required.
  • Manage air-conditioning servicing, pest control schedules, and basic office repairs.
  • Assist in relocation and movement of office equipment, furniture, and company assets.
  • Arrange vehicle washing and servicing for company vehicles and Management cars.

3. Physical & Operational Support

  • Lift, carry, and transport boxes of medicines, office supplies, equipment, and operational items.
  • Support loading and unloading activities during stock deliveries or office relocation.
  • Carry out outdoor errands and operational support between company locations.

4. IT & Equipment Support

  • Troubleshoot basic issues such as Wi-Fi, modem, CCTV, and simple device problems.
  • Coordinate warranty claims and service center appointments for IT equipment.
  • Assist in monitoring CCTV footage during incidents if required.

5. Administrative & Event Support

  • Support Marketing team with clinic decorations and event setup.
  • Assist preparations for official visits, townhall sessions, CSR programs, and VVIP receptions.
  • Prepare meeting rooms (“War Room”) and ensure hospitality readiness.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and administrative documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Must possess valid motorcycle and car driving licenses.
  • Own transportation is preferred.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual and outdoor duties.
  • Comfortable with lifting boxes, moving equipment, and handling operational tasks.
  • Willing to travel frequently between locations.
  • Able to work overtime and provide on-call support when necessary.
  • Basic maintenance and repair skills are an added advantage.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge is preferred.
  • Good communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Responsible, honest, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Preferably candidates staying near Ampangan or Seremban.
  • Able to perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
