Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain records related to container in/out movement, container costs, and rate information.
Input and update currency conversion rates accurately in the system.
Manage, prepare, and update returnable notes related to Quality Management (QM) issues.
Coordinate and communicate with Finance and Warehouse teams for troubleshooting and resolving operational discrepancies or issues.
Ensure all data entries and documentation are properly maintained and updated in a timely manner.
Support administrative and operational tasks related to procurement and logistics activities.
Prepare reports and assist with documentation when required.
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years’ of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Fluency in Mandarin is required for business communication needs.
Excellent data entry speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers).
