Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and work plans using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance against planned timelines.
• Coordinate with operation manager, project engineers, engineers, and site teams to collect progress updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support resource planning and allocation for project activities.
• Ensure project planning aligns with contract requirements and project milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in planning or scheduling within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other project planning tools.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional project teams.

Pay: From RM7,000.00 per month
