Responsibilities
Job Scope:
- To manage, improve and monitor process yield and quality.
- To liaise and support various departments of the organization to acquire information needed for project completion/customer enquiry.
- To prepare 8D and improvement reports.
- To provide monthly quality improvement report to customers.
- Update FMEA, control plan and work instructions.
- To provide disposotion of on-hold reel and investigate the cause.
- To follow up on daily line manufacturing activities and provide solution for any process issue that may arise.
- Perform on-site visit and verification at customer plan to resolve quality issue.
Pay: From RM3,200.00 per month
